I love philosophy, I really do, but reading it is just insane. Pleasure right. Pleasure is the absence of pain, hedonisticly speaking. Well, pleasure is also the absence rather than the presence of motion. Pleasure is not art, yet the result of art. Children and brutes persue plesure. It seems to me hes playing semantics, not philosophy. Yet it still begs the question (philosophers love that statement "begs the question") what it is that makes us happy, and how we achieve that. Personally, I have no idea how to define happiness, yet i know when I'm feeling pleasure. Absorbing pop culture for example, great pleasure. Thaks for reading, I just had to get some of that out of my head. And thank you to all that listend to the show today, it is much appreciated...Drew
