Crop and prepare your base~ Sharpen if you want~ ^^


Create a new layer and fill it with #024862, set to Exclusion 100%.


Duplicate your base, place it above your Exclusion layer and set it to Soft Light 100%.


Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Levels

RBG
Input: 58 1.77 255
Output: 0 236Red
Input: 56 1.41 255
Output: 0 237Green
Input: 59 1.30 255
Output: 0 255Yellow
Input: 27 1.78 255
Output: 0 255


Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective coloring

Red
Magenta: -26%Yellows
Cyan: -43%Whites
Cyan: +74%
Magenta: -100%
Yellow: -84%Neutral
Magenta: -26%
Yellow: -21%
