Judging Amy again. And wtf, apparently I like to have a dream about a different fandom every night this week. I had a dream about JAG last night. WTF? When was the last time I actually watched JAG? Strange. Harm & Mac were getting married, though, so it was okay. :) (I'm such a fangirl, omgz.)
So, not as much to say about today's eppy. "Look Closer" is on right now, but I was getting bored, so I was like, okay, enough of that, let's go online.
Quotes!
Maxine: Is this what they call a high-class problem?
Amy: I guess so.
Maxine: Funny. Feels just like a regular one.
(OMG, no shit. Love when Maxine says the words that are in everybody's heads.)
I hate when Bruce & Amy fight! (And haha, I love when Amy says that later, too: "I hate when we're mad at each other." ♥♥♥)
Almost forgot to add my favorite quote:
Amy: Why does this feel like a marriage?
Bruce: Because it is.
Amy: Without the obvious perks. (Bruce raises an eyebrow) You don't fix things up around the house.
*dies*
(Donna opens shower curtain)
Vincent: Donna! I'm in the shower!
Donna: No kidding.
Vincent: Naked!
(Donna hands him a towel)
(Hahaha, I love Donna so freaking much. That is so her. And just for a personal note: Naked!Vincent is MUCH better than the nudity I saw yesterday.)
Maxine: You can't democratize a personal conviction. That's what this is. I'm taking a stand. And I'm more than willing to stand alone.
(Why the hellz can't everyone follow this same frame of mind?)
Vincent: Please marry me.
Carol: I'm wearing paper.
Vincent: Okay?
Carol: I didn't want to be wearing paper when I got engaged.
Vincent: I could ask you again tonight when you're wearing clothes.
(WEIRDEST PROPOSAL EVER. As much as Vincent/Carol annoys me, yeah, had to write it down because it was funny.)
Jared: Maxine, I forget. Why are we breaking up?
Maxine: Because it's the right thing to do.
Jared: I hate the right thing to do.
Maxine: So do I. It's a pain in the ass.
(OMG, that scene is so heartbreaking. And on a completely unrelated note, I love how well the episode titles fit in to what's going on in the episode. It refers to this scene, Amy going to see the conjoined twins, Maxine's non-apology, Vincent proposing to Carol...Love it.)
And just two small notes on "Look Closer."
OMG, Maxine & the car in the teaser! Fantastic. "I could go totally berserk!" Hahahahaha, love you Maxine.
And "blankety blank" totally SCREAMS "Jose Chung's From Outer Space." OMG. Now I kinda want to go watch that.
