Project Runway drabble for hesitantcow

Whoa, I do not need to write fic when I am hyper. This is proof. It's funny, though!

Title: Eat Fresh
Fandom: Project Runway
Characters: Final Four plus Tim
Prompt: "really makes a darn good sandwich any way you slice it at all"
Word Count: 235
Rating: PG
Author's Notes: Written for hesitantcow with that ridiculous prompt. I did it! Because I am a master of writing. Score. Complete making fun of Project Runway under the cut.

“People, people, I have your new challenge.” Tim Gunn skipped into the designer’s workstation, causing Jeffrey and Michael to exchange dubious glances. “Today, you’ll be teaming up with the sandwich chain Subway to design brand new uniforms! Doesn’t that sound fun?” He clapped his hands together like a little boy, obviously pleased with his challenge.

Jeffrey threw down the strip of leather he had been contemplating and straightened. “That’s the shittiest challenge I’ve ever heard of, Tim.”

Tim stood there, hands on his hips, and glared at Jeffrey. “Well, I’m sorry if you think because you’re some young buck you can decide what works and what doesn’t. And have you seen their uniforms? Atrocious.”

“Well, I hate the idea, too,” Laura spoke up from the back of the room.

“That’s because you’re a rich bitch who hates the idea of anything middle class,” Jeffrey muttered under his breath. Michael snickered and gave him a high five.

“Now, people, I don’t want you all to complain like Jeffrey here,” Tim was saying. “You’re going to do this and that will be that.” He turned on his heel and left the room, but then stuck his head back in 5 seconds later, saying, “Emancipation proclamation.”

Everyone looked at each other, confused. Then Uli spoke up.

“I’m from Miami! Look at my flowy dress!”

Jeffrey and Michael shook their heads. This was going to be a long challenge.
