I should be writing McGiva smut or some other form of NCIS smut or my latest skills challenge entry (Jeanne?! WTF?!), but it's storming out & I'm using that as an excuse for not writing. :p Okay, so what it really is is that I posted 2 fics (okay, one fic and one poem that counts as a fic b/c it's about Ziva) yesterday & haven't gotten feedback for either one! Grr. The poem is on ncis_flashfic and the story (which is super cute McNozzo) is on ncis_ficathon. Technically, I think it's okay if I just mention them. They're only supposed to be posted at their respective comms until the challenges are over and I am IMPATIENT OMG. I have no idea when this current ficathon ends, since I was just pinch hitting for someone b/c I saw the prompt of Tony/McGee and said, "Ooh, shiny," and wrote it. :p So you ppl on my f-list who enjoy Ziva and/or McNozzo should go read and leave me nice comments. Yes indeed.

Seriously, I have so many past notes to post & I am awful a/b it. I haven't even made notes 4 the last 2 eppys of Top Chef b/c it just . . . has not been keeping my attention. Sorta like this song (why am I listening to "Miami" by Will Smith?). And I watch Survivor w/ Steph, so I'm really too distracted to make notes during that. (Also distracted by the exxxxxtreme mancandy, omg. Seriously, start watching for that. It's HOT.)
Sometimes I wish I hadn't found NFA, b/c now I am even more entrenched in NCIS fandom than I was before. @_@ I didn't think that was possible, but oh, IT WAS. Because now I'm fighting off the urge to go back to NFA or go work on my fics some more . . . Eeep. But at least I recognize my obsession. And embrace it because omfg it's NCIS. If you're in fandom and you don't watch NCIS, OMFG, what is wrong with you, you need to be right now. If you watch any crime shows and don't watch NCIS, OMFG, what is wrong with you, you need to be right now. If you DON'T watch any crime shows and you don't watch NCIS, OMFG, what is wrong with you, you need to be right now. I mean, I can share examples of fics that will get you hooked if you don't believe me, of pretty much all genres. I can rec romance and smut and humor and angst and yeah, just let me know and I WILL TELL YOU. /fangirl
Have I mentioned I've been having the urge to write Brett Favre/Donald Driver slash? Yeah. It's . . . disturbing. I was even thinking I should go search for a football slash comm . . . I'm sure it exists, but you know. (Agh, that reminds me of something I saw on I think it was cracked.com, where they had made a list of the 8 weirdest websites & one was a slashfic archive. D: Made me very sad. Especially since the archive had like nothing of interest, like 2 NCIS stories that were, of course, Gibbs/DiNozzo, and maybe a handful of Mulder/Krycek or Skinner/Krycek. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They want weird, they shoulda picked on my reality slash comm. :p)
