Yay, I like that you like when I talk about music. :) I love doing it and getting my cool friends introduced to cool music. :D

Sea-kayaking? Wow! That sounds fun! (And dangerous, lol.)

And spicy pickled veggies! That's awesome! My brother-in-law had this recipe for these pickled green beans seasoned with chili powder and they are SO GOOD. OMG. I need to get a jar from my parents again. Yum.

Haha, I've seen The Pursuit of Happyness (so good!), I read Of Mice and Men in high school (aww, Lenny), and I don't know how I feel about Darren Hayes, lol. I was never the biggest fan of Savage Garden, so unless he's less poppy now, I don't know how I feel about that. :p So, so much for my open-mindedness to music. *rolls eyes* Naw, I just am not so huge on the pop music factor. I'll listen to it occasionally, but it's not my favorite thing in the world.

Nah, I think it's a lot less dangerous than river kayaking because you have a lower chance of getting overturned. But then again, if you're lost/tired you're screwed, lol. Which is we we had a guide with us.

Haha, it's okay. Pretty much all I listen to is pop (or some form of it like powerpop, indie pop, etc. ...yeah. XD) I'm not sure what's been going on with Darren Hayes but a friend recced that song to me and I just fell in love with it. It's a bit electronica and your post reminded me of it. :)

My roommate just got back from this 90-day outdoor leadership thing in Washington, and she was showing us pictures last night, & one of the things they did was kayak. I think they were in the Pacific, too, so yeah. :)

Ah, I see. You should expand your horizons, listen to more genres! LOL. But it's easy for me to say that b/c I grew up around SO many different kinds of music, & I'll totally listen to a ton of different styles. There are some I don't care for too much, but I'll at least give it a try before saying, "I don't like this." Haha. But yeah, if it comes up, I'll listen & see if I like it. :)

Really? That's so cool. Washington is a beautiful place. ^_^

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to do right now. Variety is a good thing.
