*note to self: Next time you bike downtown, eat something first. And make sure your tires aren't going flat.*
Seriously, that was an experience. My roommate that I'll be living with this summer told me yesterday that she had set up an appointment to go look at some apartments downtown (like right across the street from where some of our other friends are living, so that's amazing), and we biked down there, and I think it was b/c I hadn't gotten a chance to eat breakfast at all, but I was just completely light-headed most of the time we were there. I still don't feel really good - after I got back, I ate some oatmeal with the hopes that getting some food into me would help. But yeah, the apartments were both really nice - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, cozy as all hell - but one is the same price as we're paying now for a regular house ($260/month) and the other is $285. But they pay water & garbage. But still. I don't know. I'll have to see what I get for a job before I make a final decision. Plus the guys who are living there now are moving downstairs, and they seem like cool guys. The guys in the first apt. had books all over and there was a William Faulkner book in the living room. I was like, ooh, English majors... (Sorry, I get easily distracted by guys who are into English.)
But yeah, so I'm not feeling up to doing much of anything besides listening to music and refreshing my f-list and that sort of thing. *sigh* I may end up writing later. Not right now, though. Right now I just want to sit around and do nothing.
OMFG, check out the old-school dance/techno I've got on now. That fucking rules. It came on and I was like, AAHH! I haven't heard this song in FOREVER!
