What I have been up to...

It's been a while since I've made much of a post here, figure that its worth throwing out a word or two.

First and probably most importantly I am presently sitting in a chair in a bar in a hotel in Manchester in the United Kingdom in which a furry convention is occurring. Around my neck is a badge for that convention (number 365, by the way) which holds a flag identifying me a bloke from the States, a crap XBox Live name that's somehow become my generally well known fan name and a sketch I made of a fox called Screwdriver. (long story on that) I have not been in the United States since April 27 but I shall be returning soonish, this coming tuesday to be more precise.

The majority of my time has been spent around London doing the tourist thing (which I shall chat more about in future posts), generally enjoying the hell out of what will be my major over-seas vacation for the year. The fact that Confuzzled happen to coincide with the period I'd been plotting for further global tripping was a happy twist of timing. Details further than I wanted to go to Europe instead of Asia for vacation are neither interesting or necessary.

I am in England. I am at a furry convention. I am relaxing. This is a good state of affairs.

What can I really say about Confuzzled, it's a fun time. It's not a huge convention but from the year previous it has grow quite a lot. The venue is interestingly beautiful though maybe a touch small for future growth if they don't cap attendance. Refreshingly it's an 18+ convention with absolutely no onsite registration. Yeah, it's all pre registered, all persons of adult age; I do think I quite like that.

I do believe that I'll be back again next year.

And yes, more later...
