I'm anticipating this being a problem due to the amount of submissions that were just written in the comments (which is fine; don't change things here), so, I am posting.
When linking to a story left in the comments, do not link to the post; link to the comment.
Seriously, guys, it's really time-consuming and confusing to link to the original community post. Makes me crazy. <.< If you look in the blue header for the comment, just before the delete button, you'll see a little link that looks thusly: (link). Just copy that shortcut and use it for when a story is left in the comments.
But if a story is written in a separate post away from the community, link to that. The moral of the story is: go directly to the story and save voters time.
