it's been a while
i have to write a 4 minute long speech on a challenging situation that i have effectively solved. nothing too personal, nothing too boring.
i am totally and completely at a loss.
so far, my day has consisted of me waking up to someone pounding on our door. me walking sleepily to it only to realize that it was being opened by a man in a suit with a ring of keys. He worked for the building and was bringing us our new lamps.
After they left, Lucy and I sat on her bed and watched Zeitgeist. It's some conspiracy movie that's been circulating on the internet. I think the religious segment is bull shit, but the 9-11 bit was really interesting and scary.
I then headed into my room (which I have to myself, because kaysha is in tahoe....bliss) to do my speech.
so far i have been in here for about 4 hours and managed to google a sample speech outline, fill in about two lines, make myself a grilled cheese, download some music, watch this video about 8 times:
and write this entry.
fuck.
oh and in other, totally un-related news, i am feeling quite smitten. i forgot how nice that feeling really is.
