i woke up super late today and was shaking quite violently. in fact, my body shook all the way up the stairs to my bathroom. i ate a yogurt and a slice of pizza and i ultimately feel like shit.
i can never sleep at night. once i'm asleep i could probably sleep for days, but falling asleep is becoming more and more difficult. AND i wake up feeling like shit every morning... usually shaking.
UGH! this is definately not cool.
not only that, but i always say that i'm going to do things but i usually sleep and never do them ... so that usually makes me feel like more shit.
