A lot of memories, a bit hard not to have when he is what your parents grew up with and one of their biggest influences... hearing stories of mum seeing him in the 60's at the height of his early teen idol stage... then on through the 70's... just one part of my parents record collection that I grew up with and learnt from and gave me the great respect for what came before...
Unfortunately never got around to seeing him live myself, something I know I'll always regret... and also eye opening when you realise he is only a couple of years older than your own parents...
