The guy is named Steven Strait, he was born in '86 (so definitely at least legal; you can get Jessie off your back), and he is also in this thing called Undiscovered where he is first billed. Also he is (apparently) the lead singer of a band called Tribe who have just got their first record deal, so we'll have to be on the lookout for that.
