Boots!
Guys, I was thinking I was going to have to make a pair of boots (which is a ton of work, obviously, and would entail a lot of learning and some tools I don't have), but then today I was in my closet and I realized I already have a pair of knee-high warm medium brown suede flat boots. So that's that sorted. They're not particularly Elvish looking, but they will certainly do unless I get a bug up my ass about it and decide to make my own anyway.
