You know, I remember you saying before you started posting this story that there was a lot of sexual tension...but seriously? You're killing me here.

First, glad to see that Chloe learned her lesson and was smart enough to erase the sound from the video. I was a tad concerned about that. I love that she watched it repeatedly and tried to figure out what Ollie was doing/thinking/feeling. Oh, Chloe. Just ask him! (Or listen when your friend point out that he's in love with you).

Maybe I'm still a tad overemotional, but for some reason the scene where Connor was swinging between Chloe and Ollie made me tear up a bit. Yeah...I think it was just because it was such an innocent thing to do and the kind of thing kids do with their parents all the time so it was just really nice for them to be at ease (minus the tiny hesitation on Connor's part when he first reached for Ollie's hand) and having a family moment. I also really liked Ollie lifting him up on his shoulders after he panicked over Chloe being missing. (That was a great moment too, very realistic from a child's perspective).

Aw, Ollie's shock at having his own comic book was adorable. And I loved Chloe explaining that Connor liked to hear stories about Green Arrow and Oliver's comment that his favorite was GA giving the woman he LOVES (present tense, pay attention, Chloe) a satellite. Awwwww.

So, moving back to the sexual tension...I loved Chloe and Ollie trying to pitt their son against one another. That was another moment that just screamed "family" to me. Loved Chloe making a run for it and Ollie catching her easily and then the two of them having a moment. I can't say that I blame her for groping him. You'd kind of have to at that point...unless you have some sort of mental illness...getting off track....once again she let her silly brain get the best of her and ruined the moment. (Yes, her logic is sound as far as she knows, but still...)

*sigh* Once again, I kind of want to beat their adorable blonde heads together until they start making sense, but at the same time, the buildup and pacing is so fantastic, I just have to hold my breath and anxiously anticipate the next chapter. (Especially this one because I have it on good authority that the next chapter is awesome). I think you're doing an amazing job of making them feel like a family but still being really cautious about it because it is such a delicate balance because Connor is only 6 and this is going to blow his whole life apart.

Excellent job. ♥
