I forgot in my last post to offer up a pair of brand new black, fur lined, slip-on Crocs slippers in US size 6 Mens/8 Womens. Yeah, yeah, I know. They're Crocs. But Crocs are useful for, say, going from the house to the end of the driveway to get the mail or newspaper, or making a quick run to 7-11, etc. If you can stand the fug factor, Crocs are incredibly comfortable. They only come in even sizes, though, and I'm an 8.5 in shoes -- I should've ordered a size 7/9 instead of the 6/8. My mistake. I got them for like $15.00 from Zulily, which is a close-out site that doesn't allow returns -- all sales are final. Since I can't return them, I'm offering them up for free to anyone who wants them. They're unworn and the fur is really soft. Just remember the sizing issue -- I would recommend these for anyone who wears a US womens size 6.5 to 7.5 or a very slim 8. Here's some pics showing they are indeed new with tags. I will screen comments -- first come, first serve!

If you'd like the Crocs, please don't hesitate to leave a comment :D

Over the past two years I've become increasingly sensitive/allergic to latex and adhesives (Band-Aids, medical tape, etc). Over the summer, and then again just before my knee replacement, I had horrible, insanely itchy rashes occur from bandages (like stretchy Ace bandages and the like). I could not stop scratching no matter how hard I tried to refrain and I ended up with blisters and broken skin, etc. Well now it seems my allergy has expanded to include elastic. This week the kind of socks I've worn for almost ten years (Old Navy brand plain cotton liners) left ring-shaped rashes around my ankles and again I've had intense itching. It's crazy! Truthfully, I do have a history of random allergies popping up without warning, but how the heck am I going to find socks that are comfortable and will stay up without any kind of stretchiness/elastic?! Thank you, Universe, for your random inconveniences! As I wear ballet flats 99% of the time it's not like I'm going to be majorly put out I suppose, but still. What a weird allergy! SOCKS!
