The Ravenclaw’s drawling voice made Albus’s skin crawl. Insufferable git that Scorpius was, he was an apt potioneer. Thus, the Slytherin found him useful, and repressed the urge to hex him.
“Slugs,” instructed Scorpius.
To alleviate his boredom, Albus decided to use magic, “Flipendo!”
The jar shot across the table, shattering on the floor. Both jaws dropped.
Before Scorpius could verbally assault him, Albus whispered, “You’re the brains of this operation -- know any spells to clean this slime and glass before we land detention?”
