Snape sniffs, gazing lazily around the office, ignoring the newborn Phoenix perched near the Headmaster. "It's not mere exuberance. It's riotous down there. Even my own House. "
Dumbledore chuckles wisely. "Don't be so hard on them. Most of them will be leaving to visit their families for the rest of the month. Is that not a reason for your own celebration?"
Snape looks at him through his greasy locks of hair, his black robes billowing around him as he stalks out.
