Draco smiled contently as he landed on the Quidditch pitch, clutching his broom to him and showing the golden snitch to his Captain. “That’s a new record, right?”
Marcus Flint crossed his arms in front of his chest, scowling down at Draco. “You broke your record, yes,” he said and yawned. “But Potter would’ve caught the snitch twice in the same time.”
Draco lowered his hand and started pouting. He had tried everything to make Marcus proud but it seemed easier to win his father’s praise.
“I’ll beat Chang… and Diggory,” Draco promised.
“That’s still not good enough,” Marcus growled.
