mmm sunflower seeds
I've been eating sunflower seeds for days.. they are sooo yummy!

Happy Independence Day! Amid all the fireworks and partying, stop and remember those who fought to create independence for this country in the first place, and those who fought (and are still fighting) to keep us free. And those who made the ultimate sacrafice...
Last night we went to the Buffalo Bisons baseball game. that was fun.. Christopher really enjoyed it. The Bisons won 7-1 so that was pretty sweet. they they had 4 guys parachute into the stadium (they were OLD guys too!), a concert by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and a really neat presentation with all 5 branches of the military, and of course, the fireworks! a lot of fun, all around.
Christopher loved it so much it's all that he's talking about today, and we're going to a game in Rochester tonight to do it again! cool.
