UGH I feel so gross lately I really need to lose weight my stomach is disgusting! BLAH!!! Its foul...I wanna be the size I was in high school and I've def gained like 10lbs since then... ugh I feel so nasty! I don't have time for a gym and all that crap all I have time for is in home stuff like situps and stuff and i really am gonna try and do that all the time. 200 a night, but I dunno if its gonna work... I really wanna lose 10lbs and get back to my weight I was before...the sucky part is that I also gained a cup in my boobs and I don't wanna lose that...
Does anyone have any good weight lose tips and if you do any on losing weight but not losing your boob size?! Let me know...
