Okay, I know this is sort of stupid, but I'm a little depressed by what Colin Morgan says about the whole Arthur/Merlin thing in an interview ( http://gealach-ros.livejournal.com/62845.html)

But no, I know what you mean, and I think I've just gotten used to it? At the same time, just because the actors don't see it doesn't mean that it isn't as slashy as we think it is. I mean, one of the ideas of slash is that homoerotic subtext often goes unidentified even if real life, and definitely in fiction...and TPTB have admitted that they do see some subtext. It's like Hugh Laurie said that one time a fangirl asked him about House/Wilson (which, ack, made me cringe, but Hugh Laurie was at least freaking awesome about it) - "any of those relationships is believable, two people can always find some kind of attraction or comfort". Hugh Laurie's response was awesome! And made me love him even more. But yeah, I hate when fans talk about stuff like that. And asking J2 about Wincest? Come on, just don't. But when fans do do stuff like that, I wish everyone could just play it off well instead of Colin Morgan's "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT CRAZY PEOPLE WRONG WRONG WRONG!"
I also very much appreciate your turning this around as a fodder for rps! Yes! I feel so much better now!

AUGH, asking anyone about Wincest kills me, though they are taking it fairly well these days. *coughTheMonsterAtTheEndofThisBookcough* Even worse: telling Jared and Jensen about RPF about them. I mean, I know Misha's thrilled by that kind of thing, but the boys were definitely scared the first time they heard it. Again, now they're used to it - four years of acting in SPN will do that to you, I guess ( ... )

I think if I was the celeb, I'd love that my performance created a response in fans like that. And I'd probably read fic. Psh, I'd probably write fic, since it seems like it'd be a great way to re-write your own scripts if you don't like them! (I bet Richard Armitage writes his own scripts ALL THE TIME) But I'd probably be creeped out by rps of me, because... it's rps of me. I don't know. It seems somehow much more mouthbreathing-creepy than fic of fictional people. Having said that, I'll admit my love for Colin/Bradley. OCCASIONALLY. When it's awesome, like Teaching the Indie Kids to Joust Again.
I think it's fantastic that Mischa is so into it. he's such a freak, it's AWESOME!

I do think he loves internet attention. I also get the impression that he just likes attention. In general.
OH MY GOD THAT PIC. IT'S AMAZING! I just made it my wallpaper, so it can make me happy EVERY TIME I GET ON MY COMPUTER. aaasdhagsdhgsdhdsfg boys! I love them so much! The fic link won't let me read it, because I need her to friend me first, but I already asked so I will wait patiently in the mean time.
