Feb 23, 2010 10:41

I'm posting fic later today and I'm so pissed with the bathroom remodeler (who really isn't doing his job, just talking on his phone, as it turns out) I can't see straight BUT

I'm taking prompts. Standard format: fandom, pairing, word/song lyric/situationFandoms: Grey's, TBBT, some Lost (keeping in my mind that I haven't seen seen S6), umm... ( Read more... )

Stupid remodeler! Can't you guys take him to task or something? This is why you should have stayed home. So you could watch how little work his ass was doing!

PROMPTS!

Lost + Jack/Claire + i must become a lion-hearted girl
Grey's + Owen/Lexie + we don't know how to make it go, we were only told how to burn it down

My thing is if we do take him to task, he'll probably just do a shit job to get done and out. Our fucking shower doors won't even be in until Thursday either. They're dragging their feet and if I thought it would do any good I'd tell them to get the fuck out and we'd finish it. This is about ten shades of ridiculous.

I'm on it with the fic.

That's true but -- maybe not if you just stood there and watched him? LOL. Which would be really boring and tedious. I wouldn't even KNOW if someone was doing a crappy job.

i feel like this is the start of something but i can't for the life of me tell you whatOwen has gone through much of life with a cut and dry understanding of things: if it doesn’t work, fix it so that it does - at any cost. If you can’t save the leg, amputate the leg and save the whole body. If you can’t fix that chair, throw it away ( ... )

Ohh! I love this. You're so awesome. It's perfect. I love how few details there are and how sort of casual-but-not it comes across. And I LOVE that last line. Also, that beginning -- describing them as those two sort of opposite extremes -- so perfect!

Thank you!

I don't truly know where any of this came from -- I'm just glad it worked. I'm in one of those write down your thoughts sort of moods so...yeah, unpredictability ensues.

I'm glad you liked it hun! Thanks!
