Title: Not Everything's Plastic In Barbie's Playhouse
Fandom: Grey's Anatomy
Characters/Pairings: Meredith/Izzie
Word Count: 250
Rating: PG-13
Prompt: #14 - Silicon
Author's Note: Thanks to bebitched for the title.

She won’t lie; when she heard there would be a model she pictured some skinny blonde, using silicon to compensate for what she lacked (breasts, brains, whatever). It’s a stereotypical assumption, one she regrets making.

Izzie has brains. She’s proven herself capable several times over.

She also has perfect breasts. Meredith’s just can’t tell if they’re hers.

“They’re real, trust me.” Izzie told her, catching her staring, just for the briefest of seconds. Meredith can’t help but be curious.

“I didn’t - “

“No, it’s fine, seriously. Everyone asks.” And she seems so...okay with it. Like they’re talking about the weather or what to have for dinner. “I mean, I was a model, people draw their own conclusions from that.”

It makes her feel just a little bit guilty.

That is, right until Izzie says, “Feel them if you want,” which pretty much ensures Meredith’s mind goes elsewhere.

“What?” She has to ask again.

“I said feel them if you want.”

And Meredith can’t help it. She’s glad for the tequila from earlier, as she cups her friend’s breasts in her hands, thinking that this has got to be the most ridiculous thing she’s ever done. It isn’t, but it feels that way. They feel warm and soft under her fingers and definitely real. She runs her index finger over Izzie’s nipple, in a way that could be called an accident, but isn’t, and then pulls back.

“So what’s the verdict?”

“Real. Very real.”

And now she really can’t stop looking.

Title: Vegas Baby
Fandom: Grey's Anatomy
Characters/Pairings: Addison/Callie
Word Count: 250
Rating: R
Prompt: #10 - Neon

They meet up in Vegas, finding a safe place among the flashy, at times overly-glamorous, city. Everyone there is more insane, bolder, than they are, and it’s a good excuse to act out, to lose themselves in the alcohol and bright lights.

The irony of where they are isn’t lost on Callie. This is where her last relationship began. Or maybe ended. She doesn’t think she knows anymore.

She isn’t sure she cares either.

She and Addison haven’t seen each other in months but they fall into easy conversation and even easier into each other. Addison’s got this red dress on, a shade darker than the one she wore to that stupid prom and a few inches shorter, and a few drinks and hours later Callie winds up working Addison’s pantyhose down her already-tanned legs (Los Angeles and the ocean has done good things for Addison), and her fingers up along the insides of her thighs.

Callie goes slowly and it makes Addison moan and bite down on her red glossy lips, leaving tiny teeth-marks behind as she does, and rocks forward, trying to move around Callie’s hand, move closer, get it where she wants.

Through the window she can see the red and blue neon lights of the restaurant across from the hotel and it casts a glow on their faces, on Addison’s face as she comes against Callie’s fingers.

Three days from now they’ll leave. What happens in Vegas stays there, like they say - what they forget is you can always go back.

Title: Strange Bedfellows
Fandom: Grey's Anatomy
Characters/Pairings: implied Izzie/Lexie
Word Count: 250
Rating: PG
Prompt: #3 - Lithium

It’s only when she’s turning in at one, making sure the alarm is set for four-thirty, that she realizes the alarm is in fact out of batteries.

The lights have been out everywhere but her bedroom for at least half an hour now, maybe more, and so it’s in the dark that she stumbles down the stairs, into the living room, fairly sure the package of batteries are still lying on the end table.

She, however, doesn’t account for the body that’s between her and that end table, and ends up kicking said body in what has got to be the ribs and practically falling herself. She catches herself with one hand on the arm of the couch.

Said body scrambles. The light flickers on.

“Lexie?”

She hadn’t known she was still here. Apparently sleeping on the floor, not the couch, where one would expect her to be. “Sorry.”

“Why the floor?” Izzie asks, continuing her search for batteries as she does.

Lexie shrugs. “I used to go camping when I was a kid, so I’m used to the ground. It’s more comfortable than the couch.” There’s a long pause, then, “plus you guys are kind of out of beds.”

“Meredith probably would’ve let you in hers.”

“Cristina.” Lexie answers, by way of reply.

“Oh.” Her hand closes around a small silver battery. Finally. “You know, I’ve got room.”

Lexie’s eyes widen. “Seriously?”

It’s the right thing to do. Harmless. “Seriously.”

Izzie doesn’t think she’s ever seen someone so grateful.
