SITUATION: Chocolate [CHIPS] in a bag in [KITCHEN]. [MILK] in [FRIDGE] in [KITCHEN].
PROCEDURE: Left [BEDROOM] at 2036 to [KITCHEN] for [MILK]. There,
observed [CHIPS] on [COUNTER]. Filled [BOWL] with [CHIPS], filled
[GLASS] with [MILK], advanced to the rear to [BEDROOM].
ERROR ANALYSIS: With proper recon done prior to entering [KITCHEN], the
risk of being ambushed by a

minimized. Though no
showed during this op, there
is no guarantee such a foolhardy stunt would have such luck in another
such situation.
