(no subject)
Big salute to the fire dept. today. There was a fire about a mile from my house that can very easily get out of control in this canyon, but they were able to stop it. It was pretty cool watching a big plane fly over and drop crap on it. My dad and I and about 12 other people watched from a hill in the neighborhood for a couple hours, we never saw the flames, but it seemed like it was getting pretty close to the ridge for a while.
I've been working on Trig homework all day. The first assignment of four (these are from last year, I'm doing make-up work to get rid of the D I got last year), is six pages long, and took me about 2 hours plus all today minus the fire. So ya, I'm pretty bored.
People need to call and want me to do stuff more often. That's my stance, as is obvious, but I'm pointing it out to acknowledge my bias on the issue and that it's somewhat unreasonable.
