Mun and Pup:Choose one of your characters, then write a scene or multiple scenes in which that character interacts with you, the player. One way to approach this exercise is to write with the assumption that the character understands that you, as the author, "created" him or her and are responsible for the things that happened to them in the course of the story; another is to write as though the character does not know these things and is simply interacting with the author as just another person that he or she has met.
It wasn't surprising when they ended up at the art gallery. And it was less surprising when she saw exactly why. They had been walking for a while, and he hadn't been forthcoming with answers as to what he might be up to. Oh, she had tried more than once at being annoying enough in the hopes that he would get fed up with her asking questions and say something, of course he had many years to get used to being annoyed she realized as he simply turned each time and gave her that glare which promptly shut her up. At least he didn't have access to his magic here or she would be so screwed, and you know she did enjoy living.
He walked determinedly to the painting and waiting for her shorter legs to catch up. She was proud of herself since she was only slightly out of breath. She grinned looking from him to the painting waiting for the question she knew was coming.
"So, is reality worth it, Marissa?" His whisper was both thrilling and a little scary, but she had gotten used to it over the years.
She smiled slightly. "You know I've always thought it was, Raistlin." He nodded as if that was the answer he expected all along and started walking again. She shook her head glancing at "The Lady of Shalot". She sighed figuring there wasn't much of a chance he would want for her. "Hey you know you could slow down, short legs here and all. Hey." Of course she had whispered so as not to disturb everyone else, but she was certain he had heard her. In fact, she could almost sense a genuine, or close enough to genuine at any rate, smile on his face as he walked away from her.
I can't take total credit for this. Inspired by an RP run by my very lovely friend who is responsible for this headvoice.
