Another year gone by.......Here we go again
So I been in Phoenix for ten months now. Some very good times. I look back at all the people I met and still talk to. I just ended my job at SCF (state insurance company) for AIG (independent insurance company). For more pay. I am kind of nervous. I was at SCF for about 8 months. I learned a lot there and for the work I was doing I thought more money would be better. But at SCF, the people at SCF are awesome. Always had some good times and laughs everyday. It's weird but sometimes I loved going to work. Everybody was there for each other. No bitchy people, no one riding your back. We got the work done and had good times.
Anyways, I had a good Thanksgiving. I went to my old high school buddies parents house in Athem. About 30 minute drive from Phoenix. Than back to Phoenix where I went to my roommates thanksgiving. That dude has a huge family. There was 25 people all related to him and that was just one forth of his family. 11 brothers and sisters. I went to go visit other people also. I went to go see my old roommates (the ones I moved down here with). They don't live there anymore and I knew the lease was up in Feb. I even called them. I think they moved back, I already knew they did't like it here. So where ever they are at, I wish them the best. I thankful for what I got. I have grown up very fast this past year. I take care of my own. I don't ask for shit from anyone. I don't go out that much anymore. I mean maybe two to three times a month. I just work, work-out, sleep, and chill out over the weekends. It's not easy when bills hit you at the end of the month. I finally got a camera/video flip phone from Sprint back in September. And cut all my hair off for a more clean professional look. I wear shirt and annoying ties mon-fri. I hate dressing up but if it pays the bills, I will do what I got to do. I been saving up lately for family emergencies (I have 1,000 in savings (no lie)). My brother-in-law gets out of jail on monday. And my other brother-in-law is going through a lot right now with his dad having cancer in the bones. My prayers are with there family and my sister Sue. I will be home for Christmas the 23rd through the 28th. Than back to work till thursday. Than I am off to San Diego for New Years Eve (thats a maybe). Should be some good times.
The dating seen is a bust. I don't need the drama and it saves me money. I talked to an old friend of mine Dan from Lasing today. It was nice hearing from him. It seems he is doing good. I miss my family and a lot of you people back in Michigan. The snow birds are here in Phoenix and a lot of them remind me of the people back at home. I wish you all well and take care.
