ball to the face
I was ALWAYS getting hit in the nose by baseball and softballs. One time we were 1 1/2 baseball fields away from the actual baseball game in progress over there in Augusta. We were really far away and I was standing near a slide and I still got hit in the nose by a friggin' ball!
Dad and Pearl were idiots and said that I should have been playing around having fun but paying attention instead... Pay attention to what?! It was a freak occurrence; a ball came out of no where grossly out of bounds!
