The statistics/article on men & women & how they view success
"ve seen this type of stuff... When I was working for the insurance co. I went upstairs to start work and someone heard me say things to people on the phone like, "It's no big deal it's called a car accident not an on purpose lol"... and "I was happier than a pickle in a pickle jar" and I was told that I got passed up for promotions because that made me appear ditzy.
Shortly after I went to HR abotu the harassment issue and that supervisor did'nt care that I thought my nephew had just been hit by a car... That's when it all culminated together and I got so upset I couldn't take another phone call and got terminated.
So these things to affect us. Now I'm supposed to dress like the sexy office lady even though I've around all guys and none of them care that I dress just plain Nice or genderless like Ellen (Target, Isaac Mizrahi you know) so the focus is put on my work. I had to see a dermatologist because my skin is breaking out and it pretty much started after a few weeks at this job where I had to deal w/ so many harrassment issues.
Part of me understands how hard it is to be Hil. Clinton so I want her to win for change but I don't like her politics so I don't want to vote for her. She is my 3rd choice though just because of what she can do non-politically. We can handle 4 yrs of someone who doesn't make a good president w/o our country imploding as we have seen plenty or crappy presidents already ;-) hmm interesting
