My mom is coming to visit me a week from tomorrow. I love my mom and I'm excited but if she sees me at this weight she'll tell me she's glad I'm looking healthier. I hate that word. And I know she means it only in a positive way but I don't think I can handle it.
So starting today, through next Friday, only fruits and veggies. I always drop pretty quickly that way and it helps me detox, so even if I don't actually lose weight I look less bloated. I have a nice spaghetti squash and tons of apples and canned peas. It'll be okay.
