Sometimes I really hate working in groups. No, I take it back. All the times I hate working in groups.
So, vaca is almost over. Didn't really seem like a vacation for whatever reason. Maybe that's because of the 10 AP readings and the two baileys and my essay on the potato famine and my media project that I'm filming by myself and the play I'm suppoused to be writing and the map quiz I'm suppoused to be studying for and the midterms I have in a little more than a week.
Some vacation. Dad says it's only going to get worse. Aren't these suppoused to be the highlight years of my life? Some highlight.
Putting that aside, vacation is about 928759285 times better than school. So who am I to complain? The fam went to some robot thing today, I stayed home and did "homework" (Which really means watching 12 episodes of Cowboy Beebop.) Oh Spike. Marry me.
Scary movie night. Carleton, you're a tool for not coming. We ate pigs in a blanket, aka those little cocktail weenies wrapped in Pillsbury biscuits and baked. Then we watched Darkness Falls. STAY IN THE LIGHT!!! Not as good as The Ring, but better than Scream. When will movie makers learn, it isn't scary if you show the muderer/spirit/tooth fairy 398673983 times. The mystery and playing with your mind is what makes it scary, not the special effects. Gah.
Next Scary Movie Night: The Grudge? Sound good guys? It got better than 10% on Rotten Tomatoes. :)
Marry me, Sean Maher.
Burn the land and boil the sea, you can't take the sky from me.
