I'm sitting in the living room listening to My Chemical Romance and watching Brett play Nitrous Oxide and I'm perfectly content. Alison came to visit for lunch and we tried a new little cafe on Hanover. It was so good! They had these little personal pizza things on pita bread and soooo many yummy desserts. Brett came too and it was just nice to be able to sit with Alison AND my boyfriend without having them fight. It does my soul good to have Alison visit and to be relaxed and happy like this. After Alison caught her commuter train at South Station, Brett and I eventually went to the open market around the Haymarket T stops. I got canteloupe and golden delicious apples, he got rasberries, bagels, and strawberries. I'm very happy to have canteloupe slices sitting in the fridge. The bagels are very satisfactory so he won't neccessarily have to go out to Allston.
Walking back, I had one of those moments where I thought "all the pain I've been through is worth this." I need those moments and the times I think "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here right now" or I wouldn't survive anything.
I really have to curb my cute-ness. It's getting scary.
