cocktail
An assessment of mine for school is to create my own cocktail. Since I don't drink that I had trouble making one that tasted decent. I can only use a total of 60mls of alcohol.
However, my creation thus far contains the following ingredients;
15mls of Malibu Coconut
15mls of Baitz Melon (similar to Midori Melon)
15mls of Pineapple Juice
5mls of Raspberry Cordial (pouring it over the ice at the last minute)
Topped up with Lemonade
Crushed Ice
maybe I can also add Blue Curacao as well - I'm not too sure on that.
garnishes - probably will be a cherry and a lemon wheel.
My method was place the cherry at the bottom, then filling the glass with crushed ice. After that, I'd put the alcohol first followed by the soft drinks, finishing off with a splash of raspberry cordial.
My dilemma is naming it... any ideas or further suggestions?
