i went tanning yesterday just so i could have 30 minutes alone, to myself. i haven't been alone, anywhere, since my parents returned home. i'm avoiding interacting with them at all costs because all they can seem to talk to me about is my finances, my social life, or college. all three of which i cannot stand to talk about right now.
the other desk manager is gone for this entire month because his children are visiting, so i'll be managing the salon's finances, appointments, spa parties, and customer service by myself, again, for the next month. 12 hour work days, hello. social life, goodbye.
i really need a vacation.
