I like it when it rains in the summer. When it's warm and it rains. I love to be outside, too. I don't care if I get soaked; it feels good. It makes me feel good

I'm pretty sure that warm wet concrete smell is due to old oil residue from cars being brought up from the porous concrete by the heavier water that is replacing it. I like it, too.
