I'm working at a wildlife rehab center this summer, and in order to work with rabies vector species (translation: species that typically carry rabies, which includes raccoons, foxes, groundhogs, skunks and bats) I need to have pre-exposure rabies shots. I still need to get shots if I ever get bit by a rabies vector, but it's a lot fewer and there's a lot less risk involved. :)
It was so easy. We ate it last night and I felt so proud that it was something I had made! I would share the recipe but it's rather inexact (if that's a word?) :) It's mostly by sight and feel, etc.
You should definitely try to make it some time. Everyone has a different recipe, but it's kinda hard to screw up meatloaf :D

2 eggs
2lbs ground beef
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into loaf and put in backing dish. Bake @ 350 for about an hour.
Just in case you want an exact recipe, hehe. It's the easiest thing to make and so far everyone loves it.
