Mod Post: Help Needed!

Hello my underlings, it's your friendly neighborhood mod! I'm posting because as you can tell, this community hasn't been as active as it used to be and I would like to change that. Unfortunately, I cannot moderate this on my own anymore. I know it's pretty small and doesn't really need many hands, but I would like about 2 people. One person would be in charge of organization with the memories and tags while the other person would be in charge of generating activity through prompts, ficathons, fests, etc. Both mods would be in charge of making sure the queue was emptied on a daily basis. I would stay on as a background mod, just sort of keeping an eye on things to make sure it runs smoothly and to help as a sort of sounding board whenever the other mods need someone with which to generate ideas.

If this is something that would interest you, I'd like you to pm me. Make sure anyone can pm you or I will be unable to reply. In your pm, just mention that you're interested in either the organizational or the creative position. Listing any experience moderating would help, as well as any ideas on how to make the comm active again. Also because of the nature of the community, I would ask you to only apply if you have decent spelling and grammar, as you will need to skim the fic in the queue and determine if they are postable.

I will come back with my selections and hopefully getting this community active again soon enough. I look forward to hearing from you.
