Yesterday I went to the internet cafe with my hair done up in those oiran hairpins I made, put some jasmin sprigs to scent my way, wore a short yellow and blue flowered robe as a type of haori that I pinned so the neck would sling back and the bottom of this cute little pink dress my cousin gave me would be revealed as the breeze blew, and long pink flowing pants with my giant pink sandals.

Whenever I started feeling weird about it I thought shit it's frikken berkeley.

I got a "hey you look cool" from a guy on a bike riding by....I guess that counts for something.
