Friggin Andrew A. man! The other night I saw him for the first time since our..er.."parting of ways"
It was actually nice to have a chance to talk with him again- he went through a bad streak when he got out of jail, but seems to have come back from it which was good to see. He really hasn't changed much. Still the biggest sweetheart ever... still a pathological liar.
I ended up spending the festival thingy with him and this group of guys that were in my 8th grade class back at SCS- it was really good to be able to catch up with them again after four years.
Apparently they had all just come back from a trip to California where they had been building houses for poor mexicans. It sounded like an amazing trip and.. what a great thing to do! I would love to go and do that somewhere. My cousin is actually flying down to the Dominican Republic fairly soon to do charity work. Maybe someday I'll get a chance to do something like that.
Well- I'm off to see Land of the Dead with Ian and Tom. Nothing like a good zombie movie.
