Customer states is original owner. Customer states does not know how many miles are on the vehicle. Customer states they are still getting used to the vehicle. Customer states the trunk closes very hard and would like to know if there is a mechanism that forces the trunk to close in that manner. Customer states that if there was a small child leaning over the edge of the trunk, they would be decapitated. CA advised apology. CA advised the customer that they have set up a case to document these concerns. CA advised customer how to reference case. Customer states does not believe this is a defect. CA advised the customer to contact their local VW Dealer regarding this question. Customer states is interested in the trip routing feature. Customer states would like to know if there is a limit on the amount of times the customer may use this feature. CA advised the Customer that they may use this feature as long as their Roadside warranty is effective, which is for 4 years/unlimited miles. CA advised will transfer the customer to Roadside for further inquiry regarding this matter. Customer acknowledged. CA transferred call. Concerns addressed.
