My hombre Max comes back from Iraq either tonight or tomorrow night, I think. It's good to have him back, it'll be good to see him next weekend.
I leave on TDY to fuckin Louisville, Ky, of all places on Sunday. I'm going to an environmental symposium and I'll get back on Friday. Should be a great excuse to mix it up with new people.
I'm wrapping up my CDCs and they're starting paperwork to switch my AEFs... that's the schedule the AF deploys on. After I get into my new AEF, my supervisor has agreed to let me volunteer for deployment, so that'll put it around May. Hopefully they'll pick it up.
Been trainin for a marathon, the Rock-N-Roll marathon in San Diego the 1st weekend in June. I think I have some friends that might be interested in going, I'd like to make a 4 day weekend of it. It'll be cool to run it with some frineds and then go out and enjoy some bars the rest of the weekend. One thing I don't like about the AF is there aren't really any bases near SD.
The AAA affiliate of the Az. Diamondbacks came here yesterday and I got to go out and meet and interview them, it was pretty cool.
I'm tired as all hell. I'm gonna go run some and then go to bed. later guys.
