Seth nuzzles Ryan’s shoulder and clutches his bicep as they head home from Holly’s party, whispering “you’re the greatest” and laughing when he stumbles.
It’s like Seth’s happy because getting beat up kind of means getting treated like he's one of them. Not just a little sisters’ sailing teacher. Actually 16. Or is it 17? 15? Ryan doesn't even know and it's sick that he feels like Summer already. Worshipped like the South Pacific. Seth doesn't know anything about him.
How could Seth mean it? He's never done this before.
