Lazy days are such a luxury... *happy sigh*

Yesterday, mcruthless  and neekaneeks  visited. Mcruthless to learn how to take care of Spicer-kitty while I'm away, and Neekaneeks to convince Usagi that she can print after all. And she does!! OMG YAY!! *flails* (Though Microsoft decided Usagi needed a special update last night and did their annoying unannounced restart routine. They just did one of those three days ago. Buh? :/) To thank them both, we took my car to our fave mongolian grill place and ate our fill. I'm glad we went for lunch, because I literally didn't eat anything else all day. I was not hungry! *laughs*

I read for two hours after waking up this morning, lingered over breakfast, then braved last-minute-shopping traffic to run errands. I now have a lovely new messenger bag bought specifically for the airport-security approved laptop carrying sleeve. Yay, no more manhandling Usagi out of my backpack and laying her in plain sight in one of those scanning bins!! This pleases me greatly. (Only I shall be subject to naked pictures, not Usagi!)

While waiting in line to buy said bag at Best Buy, I noticed the convenient spontaneous purchase coke refrigerator was stocked with Full Throttle, Blue Agave flavor. (Yes, this is the same cactus that is used to make tequila. No, Full Throttle is an alcohol-free energy drink. I just like how it tastes. :9) My grocery store stocks regular lemon-flavored Full Throttle, but they haven't carried Blue Agave in at least a year. I grabbed two cans. OM NOM NOM!

Curiously, my grocery store carries all the various flavors of the energy drink Rock Star except Pomegranate, which is the only one I like. Of course. I noticed last week that the gas station convenience store next to my post office just so happens to carry ALL the Rock Star flavors. Yes, I bought two cans of my Pomegranate. I can only wonder how Freddy manages to NOT stock my two specific fave flavors of energy drink when they carry the other varieties. :P
After my errands, I came home, lugged ALL my groceries up the stairs into my apartment (down side of being single: you have to do all your own manual labor. Cat litter is HEAVY!), cooked a sinful lunch of a grilled cheese sandwich, and proceeded to laze about and read for two more hours. I plan to do still more lazing about after I post this. :D

Yes, this is quite out of character for work-crazed me. You see...Clay 18 and Saiun 3 are done! Kyaaa! XD With only Natsume 8 on my plate, and the far-off Skip 24, I can afford to spend a day running errands and taking it easy. Tomorrow, more of the same! Though I have to finish my pre-trip apartment cleaning. Geh. I hate cleaning, which is probably why I do it so infrequently. Which only makes it worse, of course. :B
