reality TV
I was flipping through tv channels and I discovered three things:
1. There is a whole channel devoted to reality tv re-runs (Fox reality TV...direct tv channel 250)
2. Monika Lewenski hosts a reality show
3. The show, Mr. Personality, sticks 20 guys in a house with one girl they're all trying to woo. The catch: the guys are all wearing MASKS that cover everything above the neck that come in lots of colors (purple, orange, green, light blue, yellow, bronze, etc) and they cannot remove the masks. So, they're milling around the house (making breakfast, watching tv, reading books on hypnosis, chilling in the hot tub, having some beer) in these masks. It's just visually odd. Every time I see this girl kiss one of them or walk hand in hand with a guy in a yellow mask I start cracking up. It's just too bizarre.
The point of the series was to encourage mate selection based on something other than physical beauty...so they covered up the faces with masks.
