(no subject)
So last night through a string of random events Clara and I met a girl who says that her cousin is an editor on Supernatural. Well Clara became ridiculously excited and I thought that it was pretty cool until she told us that they were planning on canceling Supernatural after season three. Cue Clara's nervous breakdown. However, within the next minute and a half we found out that not only did she not know who Jared Padalecki was, who is the more famous of the duo, though Jensen is my favorite, she also did not even know which season the show was currently in. Nice one. Now I'm not sure what exactly she said to believe. And she was strange.
Anyway, still working on uploading those pictures. Haha I'm so lazy sometimes. Well, and I was really sick on Friday. I had a really sore throat on Thursday that I thought was just from sleeping with my mouth open but it didn't go away all day. I started getting dizzy and hot around dinner time and when I finally took my temperature it was 100 F!! So I dropped all my homework and went to bed. The next day there were two classes that I HAD to go to but I skipped the rest. Lucky me, one of the classes I had to attend was because of a test. I hope I did okay but it is really quite difficult to write about Kant's categorical imperative when your brain feels like it is cooking.
Then this weekend was parents weekend so my mom and dad are visiting. I am staying with them for two nights in normal showers away from the dorm but I have to admit they get quite annoying sometimes. It's crazy to think that just a little while ago in my other journal I thought that I had made a mistake by entering this program and now when my parents visit I feel that they are out of place, haha. Today was better though. My dad has admitted before that Supernatural interests him and since I bought season 2 today I made him sit down and watch In My Time of Dying which I think is one of the best episodes made so far. He really liked it. :D
Also I went shopping today and got some really cool stuff. I'll definitely get pictures and hopefully even upload them. Next weekend my NEW camera should arrive and by then I should have decided which upload service to use on a regular basis and I won't be delaying so much.
