[This would be so much easier to do with Ven, but I relish the challenge]
Roxas doesn't think he looks like Sora all that much. The hair's different, for one, and when he glances at his reflection in a mirror, he sees himself, not Sora. It's only when he looks closely that he starts to see the similarities.
Granted, he didn't know that when he started in the Organization, so when Xigbar called him Sora, he didn't know what the other nobody was talking about. He met the greeting with a confused look.
When he arrived in Johto, he was surprised to find that Sora was already here. Still, he didn't put much stock into it, until he arrived in Cherrygrove.
"Oh, you're back? I thought you left for Violet City," said the Nurse Joy at the counter.
"What?"
"There was a boy here who looked just like you here not too long ago. I could have sworn it was you."

"This isn't that big of a deal. I really don't see why you're panicking so much." Shirou's only reply to Lancer's words was a stunned look--did he really not comprehend why this was a serious problem?
No. No, he didn't. Lancer came from a world where gods and faeries were essentially a completely ordinary thing in general.
So rampaging Charizard breaking out of the daycare and stampeding around breathing fire? Yeah, not something that really worried him.
