LION IS REALLY HAPPY ABOUT MEETING BEATRICE again.
Imagine all the happy warm fuzzy feelings in the world? Well, that happy.

When first talking to her, Lion didn't know what to expect, as the previous Beatrice hadn't known who Lion was.
There is something awful about your AU self not acknowledging your existence, and that had been weighing in Lion's heart for a bit, so having Beatrice know exactly who and what Lion was really took that heavy weight off.

Lion truly cares for Beatrice and her happiness, and will gladly work towards helping her achieve it. Lion already decided to defy fate (and that silly red font) once, and will do it again for Beato if needed.

Having seen her story so closely, Lion knows what is behind the trollfaces, the cackling and the games that include murders. This is why Lion has a high opinion of her, even when disagreeing with her methods (especially with the murders, man).

Lion is wary about talking to her about the end of that seventh game. Bern's cat-a-palooza isn't something Lion likes to discuss or even think about, and much less when there is the whole "In my world we all die anyway so I can't be happy as I promised because I'M DEAD" thing to think of.

But leaving that aside, Lion can't wait to talk to her more and have that tea-picnic-thing they talked about ♥.
