I'm going to write up an actual plan for daily meals that I can actually see and follow, but I found a detox plan that I think I'll be able to stick to. It's actual food, it gives me a list of what I can and cannot have, and it even included some recipes for meals for BL&D. I found a lot of plans that were too extreme, like hot water & lemon and quinoa for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a piece of fish and veggies for dinner everyday. I can't do stuff like that, I need variety and foods that don't make me feel like I'm on a diet. Plus, this one suggests doing it for only a week as opposed to two weeks, but I might end up doing it for the second week anyway.
If I have the time to plan it out, hopefully I'll start one day this week! I'm excited. Here's the website I found with the info:
