It is important to be particularly indignant and idealistic during this step, also make sure it occurs in front of an audience of coworkers. They will be wide eyed and get really quiet, but that is only because they are jealous of how much the boss will like you now.
Step 2
When asked by a fellow proletariat, explain the proper procedure for filing a complaint with the Department of Labor to your co-workers. When doing so, make sure you are not less than 5 feet from your boss. Evidently word has spread about my brown-nosing.
This will cause him to do whatever he can to make you unhappy, particularly threatening to throw away your newly acquired retro furniture and sending new guys out to work instead of you. It is sad that he can't fire me for it, and sadder that when he figures out something to fire me for that I won't care at all.
